When we eat processed food we get an instant high almost. My question is why don't we get that when we ate. carrot? Hmmm..... Why can we eat a bag of chip but there is no way on earth most people can eat a like sized bag of carrots!!
I believe that when we eat Whole Foods our body recognizes that we are full and when we eat the wrong type of food our body keeps going until we cannot eat anymore. have you ever eaten do much and you are still hungry? I have and it is 100% because my diet was lacking in nutrients. If you wee to take 1 week and do a total body reset , the results you will see will be undeniable. The hardest thing will be not going back to your normal way of eating.
FOOD IS LIFE- It can heal you or it can make anything going on with your body worse.
Starting to eat healthy now is hard or dealing with the consequences later on down the road will be hard.
CHOOSE YOUR HARD-
Eat Whole Foods . Mostly vegetables and fruit. If you are starting out and not wanting to go cold turkey into a "lifestyle" that is completely understandable. For me the 80/20 rule works well.
Simply put, the 80/20 rule is a guide for your everyday diet—eat nutritious foods 80 percent of the time and have a serving of your favorite treat with the other 20 percent. For the “80 percent” part of the plan, focus on drinking lots of water and eating nutritious foods that include: Whole grains. Fruits and vegetables.
Our standard diet is laking in nutrition and full of added chemicals that puts an extra burden on our body during digestion. After a detox and eating healthy healing foods when you do end up eating foods that are taxing on the body you will be able to tell what foods work well with your body and what DO NOT!
